Nice remolded rooms give a calm, relaxing feeling and clean
Love the remodel they have done, no more ugly color on the walls and nice art hung. Not the fascist of motels but for the price and convenience and friendly staff. Peaceful, quite, clean place to get a great nights rest!!
This is the only motel I will stay at in Rocky Top the rooms have been updated clean and friendly staff.. The motel is next to a bar so if you like to drink it's the right place the music from the bar isn't to loud.. I would stay here again.

Is by far my favorite out of the motels off this exit and any surrounding by.. Place has been updated, the rooms are awesome and prices are just as good, and the owners are great and will help and accomodate you and whatever needed.
We got a jacuzzi room for under 100 dollars. It was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The cable Tv was fuzzy but the maintenance guy fixed it. Awesome staff and a good night of sleep. Just what the doctor ordered!
Our stay here is always a night well spent. The staff is also very helpful and considerate in making sure we have everything we need for a good night stay.
Had some small exterior updates to give place a little uplift which was nice, some of the bigger rooms were updated as well, never can complain there really, house keeper and maintenance are cool and helpful and the owner Mike and his wife and family are awesome, place is small but my favorite outta the other options lake city provides.
Room was clean and the man at the desk was very nice. We got the jacuzzi room and it was amazing!
Motel is very clean. Pink bed sheets. It was for the most part a quiet stay. Staff wasn't too friendly tho. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. Will definitely stay again.
